My Journey

Hello! I’m Tracey, your dedicated health coach and advocate for holistic well-being. My own personal health journey has shaped my deep commitment to empowering women to take control of their health and transform their lives.

After years of working as a personal trainer, I realized that exercise alone, while extremely important, was not the complete solution to optimal health. It was through my own health struggles and triumphs that I discovered the transformative power of healing with food. I embarked on a journey that led me through what I consider to be the three pivotal phases: Transitioning, Healing, and Maintenance. Depending on your current health status, this will look slightly different for each of us.

My true passion is to guide and support women who are facing chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, type 2 diabetes, and other health challenges. I firmly believe that it’s never too late to make a change and improve your health. I would be honoured to help you navigate your own unique journey to optimal well-being.
